On 21.06.2013 in Odessa there were held meetings with the heads of Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the BSEC (Black Sea Economic Cooperation). Odessa Regional Council deputy Yuri Dimchoglo participated in the negotiations of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine – Leonid Kozhara and Minister of Foreign Affairs – Ahmet Davutoglu.
In the afternoon, Yuri Dimchoglo accompanied the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey in the field trip to Belgorod-Dniester (Akkerman) fortress. During the visit, Yuri Dmitrievich gave a gift in the form of paintings of Akkerman fortress, and Ahmet Davutoglu, in turn, awarded Yuri Dimchoglo with commemorative of his visit.
