31.08.2013 Member of the Odessa Regional Council Yuri Dimchoglo at the invitation of the Association of Bulgarians in Ukraine visited the 2nd Ukrainian Bulgarian Cathedral , which was attended by Bulgarian non-governmental organizations from different regions of Ukraine. During the celebration Yuri Dmitrievich met with the Minister of Culture of Bulgaria Peter Stojanovic and Bulgarian Ambassador to Ukraine Krasemir Minchev .
